Klachtencommissie If you want to discuss a complaint with an independant party, you can report your compliant at Erisietsmisgegaan.nl. U can use this form: melden onvrede. Erisietsmisgegaan.nl will mediate with in your compaint.
File a formal complaint to the Geschillencommissie If mediation is not of help, you can contact the Geschillencommissie in Den Haag.
