Complaints

In case you are not pleased with your treatment and/or you have a complaint, please first address your issues with me. If our discussion is not been to your satisfaction, there are several ways to file a formal complaint:

• Mediation
  If you want to discuss a complaint with an independant party, you can contact the coordinator of the Vereniging Vrijgevestigd Psychiaters Amsterdam en Omstreken
  
  
• File a formal complaint to the Klachtencommissie
  If mediation is not of help, you can contact the Klachtencommissie of the VVPAO
  
  
• In case your complaint regards psychoanalysis, you can contact the Klachtencommissie of the NPAV
  
  
• File a formal complaint to the Medical Disciplinary Committee
  You can file a formal complaint to the Medical Disciplinary Committee (Regionaal Tuchtcollege voor de Gezondheidszorg)
